Amie Cunningham Smith is a licensed real estate salesperson working in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties, NY. She specializes in helping home buyers and sellers with their residential properties. Her list of clients include investors, property flippers, first-time home buyers and sellers. Amie is well-versed in neighborhoods in the local market. She takes a hands-on approach to every job, offering astute advice to her buyers on everything from starting a search to presenting offers, and guiding her sellers on proper pricing, staging, marketing and closing for any property. She previously owned a very successful restaurant on Lake Mahopac, an experience that has contributed to the exceptional customer service she provides to every client, helped her build a broad network of contacts, honed her negotiating skills and prepared her for the fast-paced world of NY real estate. She graduated with a degree from Oneonta College with a BS in Fashion Apparel and Textile/ Visual Merchandising which has helped her in getting properties staged for marketing and getting sold.
